Get a HEPA filter for your air conditioning unit, thereby reducing the allergens that make it indoors. It might not seem as fresh at first, but you are going to be able to breathe much more easily. Keep your windows closed when it’s possible. This protects you from dirt, pollen, insects, and any other particulates from entering your house.

Skin allergies are caused by touching the allergen. Poisonous plants like poison oak, poison ivy and poison sumac all trigger allergies on skin contact. Other common allergens are latex gloves, cockroaches and dust mites. Even some foods can be skin allergens. This will also prevent inflammation.  All you have to do is mix a teaspoon of salt with warm, distilled water, then add a very small portion of making soda. Then sniff a tiny amount of your home made solution into one nostril and let it drain back out either through your mouth or nose.

Drink enough water. When you get enough water in your body, your immune system will be improved and it can counter your allergies much better. Make sure that you drink at least eight glasses of water every day.
